The past two weeks have been really fun! We visited two neat country churches. Last week we went to Miami county and worshiped with One Tree Crossing. The pastors, Brian and Tonya Richie, in the picture below are long time friends and have always been a huge support and blessing to us.
We love the people at One Tree Crossing. The church is in Perrysburg, IN. It’s just around the country block from where I grew up. It’s a small church with a huge heart for other people. They do lots of serving the local community. One project they have is a Free Store in Denver. They actually are partnering with my mom, Mary Deeds, to provide free clothing, furniture, household items, and many other things at no cost to the community. 
This week found us at Wayne Center United Methodist Church. The Pastor Sherri Long worked with me at Huntertown UMC when I first got there. She was kind enough to allow us to come lead worship and speak about our journey to Guatemala. The church is also a little country church just North of Kendallville, IN. On Wednesday we were able to practice with their worship team. We really enjoyed getting to know the Smith family and Steve. We were inspired by a young couple named Erik and Joanna Smith with great hearts for God. We are really excited for the new connections we made today.
